- Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button underneath each item.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' button to delete items from your shopping bag.

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
- Because sizing varies from designer to designer, Marie Denee will provide you a link to 'size conversion chart' on every product page to help you convert international sizes, as well as product measurements and a guide to using these.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
- All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
- If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email fashionmycurves@mariedenee.com to find out if there is a waiting list for that item (you will need to be a registered user). Waiting lists are only available for current season collections that have sold out, and do not apply to sale items.

WHY DO I NEED TO RE-ENTER MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS WHEN I ADD A NEW ADDRESS?
- For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (if you have previously stored them with us). This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to make an order using your account, they will be unable to do so. We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.

- There are two ways to remove previously saved credit card details:

- Marie Denee.com ships internationally to over 190 countries.
- About International Shipping
- All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service; including orders shipping to Canada and Mexico. Please note that you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred. A physical street address and telephone number is required.

- Duties & Taxes
- All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection, import duties, and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MarieDenee.com cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
- In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.
- Identity & Credit Card Verification
- To provide exceptional customer service and security for our customers, MarieDenee.com reserves the right to request identity verification via fax. If we do not receive verification of identity via fax within 3 days of our request, the order will be cancelled.
- Delivery Time
- Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of an order may occur due to customs processing. Shipping charges for international orders are based upon the weight of the order and the destination and will be determined post transaction via email confirmation. Because of this, please allow 1 to 2 business days to process the transaction. International orders are usually delivered within 5 business days from the order's ship date.

- A return authorization number is required to return merchandise. Print your return authorization form and include it in your return package.

- Estimating Australian Customs and Duties

- Australian duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to Australia are established by Australian Customs
- Customs Duty is charged on the purchase price of the goods
- The standard rate of duty on clothing is 25%, but may vary
- The Goods and Services Tax ("GST ") is charged on the total of the purchase price plus the Customs Duty plus the freight and insurance paid or payable for transporting the goods

- There is no gift rate. There is a gift allowance of $200 is for unsolicited gifts of a non-recurring nature sent to an individual in Australia by an individual outside Australia

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
- All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Marie Denee to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
- If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

- To protect your purchase and ensure delivery, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

- We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order, which contains all the items you require.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?
- After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.
- Your card will only be charged at time of shipment. Should any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the items in stock.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
- All orders will be processed by the end of the next business day. Estimated delivery times are used as a guide and reference the date your purchase is shipped.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

- Not only will you receive an email once your order is shipped, we will send you an additional email once your order is confirmed delivered to ensure your purchase satisfaction.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- Making a return or exchange is easy with Marie Denee.
- After your purchase is delivered, you will receive and email inquiring about your most recent purchase. In the event of a return or exchange, please specify and reply in the email.
- Enclosed in each package is a preaddressed return slip. After you have sent your email entailing your return or exchange, you will receive a specific return number identifying your return.
- Write the number on the returns slip provided with your order. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.
- Remember, it is free to exchange items for a different size.
- To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require at the time of requesting your exchange and follow the instructions above.
- Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
- Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. We may not accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
- All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs.

Marie Denee only keeps a record of your transactions; your credit card details are not held on our website.
